A good neighbourhood restaurant. There are no surprises on the menu and no pretension; what's done is done simply and well - and is certainly good value. Service is friendly and polite - we enjoyed a relaxed and unhurried meal there.

Went there to try Indian food for first time, and we've been affraid that it's going to be too spicy to eat ;) But the food was great!! Service is really good, as well as the prices. Nice atmosphere. We are definatelly going visit this place again!

We eat at The Star of India every week. The food is always superb and the service excellent. All of the staff and management are courteous and friendly. Excellent value.
