The bar is usually busy, but I held my birthday party here this year and was amazed that unlike every other bar in London, they didn't charge me to book the room tucked away at the back, nor did they insist that I pay a minimum bar bill for the evening. Really fantastic option for a party of 40-50 people, the dJ was playing some cool tunes.

ohh the cocktails are great and the food!

I was told this place had the best coffee around, and I was not dissapointed...it certainly does. The food however, was just amazing. The menu took a little while to read and digest, some truely exotic ingredients but everything our table of three chose was to die for. All made fresh and onsite (as the waiter explained), you could taste the real flavours of everything from the duck down to the dipping sauce for the lotus chips. Will definately be back here.

I’ve lived on Upper Street for some time and I'm glad to see a gem like this open up, the food was unusual and inspiring. I had the lamb and it was a cracker. I've tried to recreate it with little success so I'll be back. I am not usually one for cocktails but seriously try them - the girlfriend loved them!
