The Four Lanterns

I booked this restaurant for Saturday night for a hen party. I had found the restuarant on the internet and put my faith in the great reviews. I was incredibly impressed with the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Food was great and so was the entertainment...belly dancer, plate smashing, dancing and karioke at the end of the night. The manager was great fun and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome.

What a wonderful place!

The atmosphere is very nice and the design and interior of the whole place is very appealing and cosy!

The food is healthy and of excellent quality.Very welcoming owner and staff.

What a fantastic place! I heard about the 4 lanterns from my friends and I decided to organize my birthday party in there. Great choice, we had absolutelly wonderful time, we danced to the greek and disco music. The food was very good, well cooked. The service was excellent and friendly. The owner chat with us which was very nice. They looked after us very well. Thank you to all of you in the 4 lanterns! I will be back.

I went to the restaurant recently to celebrate my birthday with my family. I just found it on the Internet, what a lovely find!

The food was great and plentiful, staff friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Well worth a visit. Welcoming staff. Dolmades and Stiffado superb. Only negative was it was very quiet for a Saturday night but the owner said this was normal. They are usually busier in the week.

this is the one greek restaurant I really like and enjoy staying there! nice atmosphere! really good food - especially musaka and kleftico! very nice staff including the owner! it's worth the money definitely!

Pleasent restaurant , friendly staff and nice atmosphere . the food however was distinctly average . had ( slightly ) rubbery calamari followed by very ordianry Sea Bream ( reccomended ) . It wasn't terrible just very run of the mill and at £25 for what i had ( plus 1 glass of wine ) not greast value either sorry .

First ate at this restaurant in the 1980's - still an excellent atmosphere and food to die for.

Cosy friendly atmosphere.

Try their Mezze it is superb!

We live in Hampshire and visit the Lanterns whenever we get up to London - latest will be on the 19th April 2008.

It was lovely to go to a restaurant where the staff made you feel at home and the food was good. I went with 2 friends we got there at 7.30 and at the end of the evening we sat around chatting till midnight. I felt they really cared that we had a good time and the owner was fantastic, a witty and happy character that shone. I live a long way from London but I'm sure I'll visit the Four Lanterns the next time I visit London. It was the best restaurant experience I have ever had. (If you read this Thanks Peter, hope to see you again from Nick, Lou and Jo.)

I went to Four Lanterns with my girlfriend on a Saturday evening to eat.I am greek

so believe me I know greek food and I can tell you for sure that was it!!!

The music and the atmosphere made as feel at home.It is a fantastic place to enjoy yourself. I would definately recommend it.
